Beverly Burton 

Hello! I’m Beverly Burton, and teaching piano to children is my joy. With a background in both biology and music, I’ve been guiding students professionally since 2010, though my teaching journey began in 2003 as a middle school science and math teacher in the Department of Education.

I created Musical Mind, a piano method book designed to give children a strong, confident foundation, helping them explore, grow, and enjoy their musical journey as far as their curiosity and dedication will take them.

When guiding piano students, my focus is always on the child—nurturing confidence, curiosity, and joy. I aim to make learning piano exciting, meaningful, and personal, helping each student feel capable, inspired, and proud of their progress every step of the way.
